At Salvage, we want you to love your home treasures, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any item that doesn't perfectly fit your space. Please ensure all returned goods are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Secure the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, as home decor is often fragile.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the salvaged items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
